UP! is headed by Naome Glanville. She is a Chartered member of the Institute of Personnel & Development and has trained as a Life Coach with the Coaches Training Institute, a professional Life Coach training body whose standards are recognised by the International Coaching Federation.

With sixteen years working in both both private and public sectors, she has many years experience working with managers in a professional capacity, developing their personal skills both in groups and individually as well as providing professional advice on Human Resources matters.
